Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Deep Pick ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Deep Pick provides AI-powered sports betting analysis and predictions for entertainment purposes only. The Service includes:

  • AI-generated sports betting picks and analysis
  • Performance tracking and leaderboards
  • User-generated picks (for subscribed users)
  • Statistical analysis and insights

3. User Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Comply with all local laws regarding online gambling and sports betting
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Entertainment Only - No Gambling Advice

  • Financial advice
  • Gambling advice or recommendations
  • Professional betting guidance
  • Guaranteed predictions or outcomes

All predictions are generated by AI models and should not be relied upon for actual betting decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Responsible Gambling

If you choose to gamble:

  • Only bet what you can afford to lose
  • Never chase losses
  • Set limits on your gambling activities
  • Seek help if gambling becomes a problem

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid GO DEEP subscription:

  • GO DEEP is billed monthly through Stripe at the price displayed and accepted at checkout
  • Your accepted checkout price remains locked while that same subscription stays continuously active
  • If the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends, the price lock ends; any later subscription begins at the price then published
  • You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal
  • No refunds for partial months
  • A valid complimentary membership code gives the first eligible account that redeems it GO DEEP access at $0 with no payment method or recurring charge
  • After redemption, complimentary membership is bound to that account, cannot be transferred, and remains $0 for the life of the membership while the account stays in good standing and the GO DEEP service is offered
  • Unused codes do not reserve a published pricing position; a code consumes the next available membership position only when it is successfully redeemed
  • Deep Pick may disable complimentary access obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms

30-Day Creator Pass

  • An eligible free account may receive one Creator Pass in a published campaign after Deep Pick manually approves the required public post
  • The post must be original, public, honest, clearly disclose the 30-day benefit, include the account-specific campaign link, and mention @deep_pick; a positive opinion or follow is not required
  • Approved access begins at approval, lasts exactly 30 days, requires no payment method, and does not renew or convert into a paid subscription
  • A Creator Pass does not consume or reserve a Founding membership, price, or subscription position
  • One pass is permitted per person, Deep Pick account, and X identity for the campaign; duplicate, misleading, private, deleted, or abusive submissions may be declined
  • X is not affiliated with or responsible for the Creator Pass campaign

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Deep Pick and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Deep Pick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or analysis.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
